Hands-on tech lead and senior .NET engineer.

I design systems and then build them. Looking for a permanent role.

What I built

A market garden runs its whole week on LEAF

Subscriptions, weekly packing lists, invoicing, direct debit and bank reconciliation, for a farm in Oirschot. In production since August 2025.

The customer list in LEAF's vendor portal, with a filter bar and dozens of customer rows.

What LEAF does, and twenty-one screenshots

Before that

Twenty years of .NET

Most recently team lead developer at a.s.r., and lead developer at Carel Lurvink and Schreuders Sport before that. Earlier, solution architect at Aon, and four years at Sitecore in sales engineering, consulting, then as lead developer on the Email Experience Manager team.

I like taking a team somewhere more efficient and more self-sustaining than I found it, and I like still having my hands in the code.

LEAF is the second complete commercial system I have built on my own. The first was SingLouder, an ecommerce site selling karaoke recordings, launched in 1998 with thirty-five musicians contributing from their bedrooms. Napster ended it in 2007. That one ran for nine years, and I wrote all of it myself.
